DIY Instagram Frame...

Instagram quickly became my favorite form of social media soon after I started using it, its even helped me get followers to my blog. I've been wanting to make some sort of frame for my photos after discovering the App Printicular. This app allows you to upload prints from your phone and pickup at Walgreens within an hour, and they come in the cute 4x4 size for about 39 cents!

I gave a sneak peek on Instagram yesterday about this DIY, make sure to follow me HERE!!! I picked up this large picture at Goodwill for about $6 and spray painted it with Valspar Vanilla.

I had some bakers twine in teal and gold laying around and picked up these cute little wooden clothes pins.

Attaching the string was easy, I just pushed it between the photo and the frame.

The hardest part was picking and choosing my favorite Instagram photos. I love how it turned out and its such a nice way to change up artwork and decoration without spending a ton of cash! Total cost of the entire project was under $8, because I had most of the supplies on hand.

Here's our sad little dining area, it needs help, LOL! Its a work in progress.

I'm linking up at The Time To Sparkle link party, HERE. The Inspiration Gallery, HERE. And Best of the Nest, HERE.

  1. What a fun project and at such a good price. I also think that frame would look great on a gallery wall, too.

  3. Fun idea, Jen! I haven't ever printed any of my IG photos, that's a great tip! We all know your beautiful bathroom was first on the priority list, the dining room will get there! :)
