Happy Memorial Day...

I know its been a long time since my last post and I apologize for that. Life has been hell'a busy and exciting and I'm just enjoying the ride. I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the warmer weather, I sure am.

I wanted to take a moment and wish everyone a Happy Memorial Day.  Most of us forget what Memorial Day really is, yeah its an extra day off of work or school or a BBQ with friends, but ultimately to remember those who lost their lives while serving in the Armed Forces.

The military has always been near and dear to my heart, I was practically raised in a VFW. My mother still to this day works at Post 1563 in Merrillville, Indiana. Both my grandfathers were veterans, many friends are active or reserves, and my new love is a retired Marine. I have much respect and love for these brave souls.

So from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to all those whom have put their life on the line to protect us, THANK YOU.
